About

Born and raised in Thessaloniki, she’s always been drawn to new challenges and experiences, especially those that spark creativity and a sense of purpose. Her journey began with a degree in Economics from the University of Macedonia, but it was her involvement with AIESEC—a global, youth-led organization—that fueled her passion for leadership, entrepreneurship, and innovation.

Through AIESEC, she gained hands-on experience in communications, events, and project management, eventually advancing to the role of National Director of Public Relations and Events. She thrived on collaborating with people, partners, and organizations, creating impactful events, and constantly pushing for innovation. Her dedication to creativity and advancement brought her to Endeavor, where she continues to drive meaningful change and pursue new opportunities.

Mission

From curating our amazing Outliers Podcast to organizing impactful events, Foteini loves bringing creative ideas to life! She is also in charge of fostering relationships with youth organizations and universities to champion the message of entrepreneurship and forge meaningful partnerships.

Foteini also coordinates with diverse stakeholders to ensure every need is met. Whether she's crafting compelling content, transforming reports into dynamic web experiences with partners, managing logistics, or designing bespoke experience kits, her passion is clear: delivering top-notch communications and creating unforgettable events.

Driven by a desire to make a positive societal impact, she aims to build a brighter future for all. Being part of Endeavor and witnessing extraordinary entrepreneurs spark innovation in their communities and beyond only deepens her commitment to this journey, inspiring her to push for lasting, meaningful change.
