Victor Trokoudes is the Co-Founder and CEO of Plum, a Scale Up 5 Cohort member and a fintech company enhancing personal finance through innovative technology. Initially launched as a messenger bot, Plum has evolved into an AI-driven app designed to empower users in managing their savings, making informed investment decisions, and analyzing their spending habits. Victor was inspired to create Plum by his own financial challenges and the timeless wisdom given by his father about the importance of forward planning.

Victor holds an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from INSEAD, which laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial mindset and approach to business growth. Before founding Plum, Victor served as the Head of International and Banking at TransferWise, a leading firm that has reshaped the landscape of international banking. In this role, he played a crucial part in the company's global expansion, significantly contributing to its recognition as a fintech unicorn. This experience highlighted the potential for financial innovation, motivating him to launch Plum to meet users' financial needs.

In addition to Plum, Victor has launched Island Cap, a systematic trend-following fund, and Bluebird Global, a reseller of Revel Systems iPad-based ePOS solutions.
