THE MISSION
VODA.ai, a Scale Up Cohort 3 member, helps water utility companies manage and maintain their water pipes more efficiently by using advanced AI technology. Maintaining water infrastructure can be tricky and expensive, and it’s hard to know which pipes need attention before they break. VODA.ai’s platform analyzes the condition of water pipes and predicts which ones are at risk of failing, allowing utilities to plan ahead and fix problems before they occur.
For example, if a utility company is managing miles of underground pipes, VODA.ai can predict which pipes are most likely to break in the next 20 years. This helps the company focus their repairs on the pipes that really need it, saving money and preventing major water disruptions. By providing tools that estimate how long pipes will last and the potential impact of a failure, VODA.ai helps utilities make smart, data-driven decisions to keep water systems running smoothly.
VODA.ai partners with industry leaders, including Itron, Arcadis, Echologics (a Mueller brand), Esri, RedZone Robotics, Tighe & Bond, Kennedy Jenks, Sourcewell, Akrim, Blass, and EyeOnWater, to expand its capabilities and provide water utilities with an integrated approach to asset management. VODA.ai has received a significant investment from Ferguson Ventures. This collaboration supports VODA.ai's mission to enhance infrastructure decisions through artificial intelligence.
