Panagiotis Karampinis

About

Panagiotis grew up in Kalamata and studied Finance and Banking Administration at the University of Piraeus. As a student he led corporate partnerships for AIESEC in Greece, and time spent at leading US universities through AIESEC convinced him that Greece could be a worthy contender on the global stage if it dared to aim high. He brought that conviction home, co-founding TEDxKalamata and bringing international speakers to the ancient theater of his hometown. He also volunteers with the Hellenic Red Cross Samaritans.

Mission

Panagiotis joined Endeavor Greece in 2012, Endeavor’s first office in Europe, as one of its first employees. He managed a portfolio of 14 entrepreneurs, including the founders of Workable, FrezyDerm, Ergon and Konva, and went beyond his Associate role to build Endeavor’s first global entrepreneur community, bringing together 80 food and beverage founders from 30 countries.

When he became Managing Director in 2018, entrepreneurs could join the network only if their company was based in Greece. Panagiotis argued that the Greek ecosystem doesn’t stop at the border and made the diaspora a central pillar of the office’s strategy. Today around half of Endeavor Greece’s portfolio and network is based abroad, and its Greeking Out events bring Greek founders, investors and executives together in cities from New York and Boston to Dubai and Singapore.

During the pandemic he launched Scale Up, recognizing that in a market Greece’s size, the best way to grow the next generation of Endeavor Entrepreneurs is to back promising founders earlier in their journey. The program now supports dozens of companies across more than 10 countries.

In January 2026, Panagiotis became Regional Managing Director for Europe, leading Endeavor’s strategy across its European markets. His focus is on bringing those offices closer together through joint initiatives and deeper connections between their entrepreneurs, building a stronger European ecosystem with the same outward-looking approach he brought to Endeavor Greece.
