Vassilis Andrikopoulos is the Deputy CEO and Member of the Board of Directors at Karamolegos Bakery S.A., one of the largest bakery companies in Greece. In his role, he leads and oversees all business functions including profit and loss statements. He is also an Independent Non Executive Board Member of Premia Properties, a real estate investment company. He has over 25 years of experience in leadership positions across multinational corporations and Greek businesses, both domestically and internationally. 

Before his professional journey, Vassilis built a solid academic foundation, earning his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). He also studied M&As, Corporate Strategy, and Systems and Strategy at both INSEAD and Harvard Business School. 

Throughout his career, Vassilis has held several high-profile positions. He served as Special Advisor to the Prime Minister of the Hellenic Republic on growth and entrepreneurship, where he played a key role in shaping economic policy. As Managing Director at Green Cola, he significantly boosted profitability and expanded the company's market share. Vassilis also led Olympic Brewery as CEO, and served as Vice Chairman, COO, and Member of the Supervisory Board at Carlsberg Group. Additionally, his extensive tenure at Diageo saw him rise to the role of CFO for European markets and contribute as a member of the company’s international leadership team, overseeing substantial financial and operational success.
