Stephanos Theodoridis has been CEO and member of the Board of Directors of TEMES S.A. since 2012. TEMES S.A. with its subsidiaries holds a leading position in the sectors of tourism and hospitality by developing and operating luxury hotels, and by building and offering for sale or renting luxury holiday homes.

Stephanos Theodoridis has served for more than 35 years as a Senior Executive at diverse companies and Groups, the last 25 years being a CEO. He was CEO of HYATT/REGENCY (2006-2011), one of the most important companies in the field of Casino & Hotels. Prior to HYATT/REGENCY, he worked for UNITED DISTILLERS & VINTNERS HELLAS S.A. (UDV) (1989-2006), and later for DIAGEO, initially as the CEO of Greece and later as the CEO of Southern & Eastern Europe. In this position, he was responsible for 18 countries and he was a member of the Euro Exec Board of the company. At the same time and for several years, he was the Global Brand Executive for the greatest Asset of the company, the Johnnie Walker brand.

Parallel to his current position at TEMES S.A., he is VP at the PREZIOSI Group in Greece & Turkey, a Member of the Foundaton for Economic and Industrial Research (IOBE), and a Member of the General Council of the Helenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV).
