Stephanos Theodoridis serves as the Investments and Management Consultant at FOS CAPITAL MANAGEMENT and the Non-Executive Chairman of Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations (HCAP) at Growthfund, Greece’s National Fund. With 40 years of experience working with leading Greek and international companies, including 30 years in executive roles, he brings extensive expertise in developing growth strategies, building successful enterprises, and leading high-impact teams.

Previously, Stephanos led TEMES S.A. as CEO, elevating the company to a prominent position in the luxury tourism and hospitality industry. In his roles, he has developed world-class hotels and premium holiday destinations, reimagining luxury travel experiences and setting new benchmarks in the sector. He also led Hyatt/Regency, significantly impacting the casino and hotel industries. His career journey also includes roles at United Distillers & Vintners Hellas S.A. and Diageo, where he managed operations in Greece and oversaw 18 countries as Managing Director of Southern & Eastern Europe. 

Stephanos earned his Bachelor in Mathematics from the University of Athens.
