Stelios Elia is the Managing Director at Intermediate Capital Group (ICG), a leading international investment firm.She specializes in deal sourcing, corporate finance, M&A, and growth strategy, with a focus on companies with solid growth potential, innovative products, and talented management teams. 

Stelios Elia earned a BEng, MA, and MEng in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cambridge, followed by an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated in the top 5% of his class. This strong academic foundation propelled him into a career marked by impactful leadership roles.

Before ICG, Stelios was a Managing Director at BC Partners, where he contributed to major buyout transactions in Southern Europe, including Greece and Italy. He has served on the boards of companies like Pharmathen, United Group, Acuris, and Keesing. Additionally, he started his career as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company.
