Stelios Elia is the Managing Director at Intermediate Capital Group (ICG), a leading international investment firm. .

Stelios has over 15 years of experience in private equity and specializes in deal sourcing, corporate finance, M&A, and growth strategy, with a focus on companies with solid growth potential, innovative products, and talented management teams. Before ICG, Stelios was a Managing Director at BC Partners, where he contributed to major buyout transactions in Southern Europe, including Greece and Italy. He has served on the boards of companies like Pharmathen, United Group, Acuris, and Keesing. Additionally, he started his career as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. 

Stelios also earned a BEng, MA, and MEng in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cambridge. He also earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, graduating top 5% in his class.
