Sofia Kouzinopoulos recently led as Chief People Officer at Vestiaire Collective, a leading marketplace for pre-loved fashion, where she brought in over two decades of people strategy and leadership development expertise. Before Vestiaire, Sofia spent eight years at Meta (Facebook) as EMEA HR Director, where she played a key role in growing the region’s workforce from 800 to over 10,000 employees. During this time, she led global projects that significantly impacted Meta’s operations. Earlier in her career, Sofia spent approximately 10 years as a management consultant.

Sofia earned an Executive Education Certificate from Harvard Business School and an MSc in Human Resources Management from Saïd Business School at Oxford University, setting the foundation for her subsequent career. Now based in London, Sofia’s passion for empowering women and advancing tech opportunities extends beyond her professional life. She actively mentors startups and small business owners, encouraging Greek talent abroad to return and contribute to the nation’s tech landscape.
