He holds board positions at the American Hellenic Chamber of Commerce and chairs both the Stock Markets Steering Committee and the Hellenic Corporate Governance Council, advocating for best practices in corporate governance and market integrity.

Socrates' entrepreneurial journey began as the Co-founder of Effect Ltd., a company specialized in software development for the capital markets industry. He earned a degree in Economics at the University of Athens, later earning an MSc in Economics from Queen Mary College, London. Socrates’ steadfast devotion to advancing the capital market’s landscape makes him a respected leader and a catalyst for innovation in the industry.
