Athanasios Exarchos is the President and Managing Director of Vantage Towers Greece, a Vodafone subsidiary, since 2020. Vantage Towers is one of Europe’s leading tower companies with over 84,000 towers across 10 markets. With a career spanning three decades, Athanasios has contributed nearly €1 billion in direct sales and is a leader in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector. 

With a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Manchester and an MSc in System Design, Athanasios brings a significant educational background to his leadership roles. Before joining Vantage Towers, he spent over two decades at Nokia, where he held various positions, including Mediterranean and Black Sea Regional Manager. At Nokia Hellas, he focused on strategy and operational efficiency, overseeing P&L responsibilities for local customer teams across seven countries. He also managed a Greek Office of over 1,000 employees and delivered annual revenues exceeding €110 million. Athanasios’ career began at Siemens, where he worked as a R&D engineer and team leader.
