Panos Papazoglou currently serves as an Audit Committee Member for HELLENiQ ENERGY. In addition to this, he is an Independent Non-Executive Board Member for Alpha Bank and has been a Member of the Board of Directors since July 2023. Having spent more than 35 years at Ernst & Young (EY), he has excelled in various roles, including Senior Advisor and Southeast Europe Cluster Leader. His extensive experience encompasses business planning, risk management, corporate finance, and strategic planning.

Panos holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the Athens University of Economics and Business and an MBA from Aston University, which have provided a strong foundation for his distinguished career. As Managing Partner for EY in Southeast Europe and Romania, Panos led significant assurance projects for international clients, showcasing his cross-cultural management skills and fostering talent within diverse teams. His commitment to the accounting profession extends to serving on the Supervisory Board of the Chartered Accountants of Greece and the Hellenic-American Chamber of Commerce.
