Panagiotis Vitakis is the Chief Customer Officer at ActionIQ, where he leads the post-sales team in maximizing value for Fortune 500 clients. ActionIQ — Panagioti’s fourth startup— is a customer data platform that allows marketing teams to seamlessly harness central data sources and drive engagement across the entire customer journey. 

Previously, as CCO at Celonis, Panagiotis was instrumental in catapulting the company into the spotlight, helping it secure $1 billion in venture capital and becoming a leader in enterprise software. His tenure as Senior Vice President of Operations at Persado saw him transform a mere idea into a $50 million enterprise. He also served as Director of Technology and Operations at Upstream where he spearheaded the software and IT solutions development and helped create a presence in more than 40 countries across four continents.

Prior to his roles, Panagiotis earned a solid academic background that includes a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College and an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Northwestern University.
