Olga Skouteli is the Senior Consultant at Fidelity Investments in London. In her role, she supports one of the world’s leading financial firms in aligning its organizational goals with the needs of its workforce, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Previously, Olga served as Head of Culture and Engagement at Lilium, an innovative scale-up developing electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. Based in Munich, she was instrumental in cultivating a culture of creativity and collaboration, propelling Lilium’s vision to reshape regional air mobility.

With a decade of experience in London, Olga has collaborated with industry heavyweights like Rolls-Royce, Visa, Nestlé, GE Healthcare, and HSBC, transforming workplace cultures to boost business performance. Her expertise in engagement, internal communications, and Inclusion & Diversity strategies reconnects employees with their company’s mission, fostering a sense of belonging and purpose.

Olga earned her Bachelor’s degree from Athens’ Law School and an LLM from University College London (UCL).
