Nondas Virvidakis is the Product Lead at UBS, a company ​​building a new generation of products & AI capabilities that elevate the way financial advisors work and how they serve their customers.

Nondas started his career in data consultancy at Planet Ernst & Young, later moving to roles at Geniki Bank and Alpha Bank, where he developed his expertise in data-driven decision-making and project management across Southeast Europe. As Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, he transformed business analytics and CRM digital platforms, developing strategies that enhanced content effectiveness and stakeholder engagement.

Nondas’s career is built on a solid academic foundation, with a BSc in Mathematics and Finance and an MSc in Management and Strategic Information Systems. He also earned “The Bentley MBS” in Value, Innovation, Leadership, and Environments from McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University. This solid educational background laid the groundwork for Nonda’s career. 

In 2017, he swapped the corporate sphere for the thrill of startups, joining ActionIQ and embracing the challenge of scaling innovative tech solutions. At ActioniQ, he served as the VP of Professional Services where he oversaw the implementation, support, and customer service to ensure high-quality delivery, exceed targets, and drive customer satisfaction. He scaled the team from 3 to 40, established effective management and processes, and collaborated with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive service sales, product improvements, and customer retention.
