Nikos Varvadoukas is a seasoned C-level executive and board member with extensive experience in Marketing, Omnichannel Commerce, Customer Experience, and Supply Chain across leading organizations like Public Group, Germanos, Cosmos Sport, DIAGEO, Philip Morris/IQOS, and Apivita. Nikos has played a pivotal role in major corporate transactions, including the acquisition of Cosmos Sport by JD Sports and Gatoskilo.gr by Pet City, driving strategic growth and proper integration. He has been also actively involved in Public Capital Partners, the Corporate VC arm of Public Group, which has invested in a series of leading services companies and venture funds, including BOX NOW, Sleed, iRepair, Douleutaras, Bookvoice, Klarna, Venture Friends, Endeavor Catalyst. As a founding member and long-standing board member of GRECA, Nikos has significantly advanced the e-commerce and omnichannel landscape in Greece and Cyprus, bridging corporate expertise with entrepreneurial innovation.
