Nikitas Koutoupes is a Managing Director at Insight Partners, overseeing investments in application software across diverse sectors including education technology, sales & marketing automation, construction, and eCommerce. Insight Partners is a leading software investor with over $90 billion in assets under management. He also co-founded Insight Onsite, a specialized team dedicated to elevating the performance of Insight’s portfolio. 

Nikitas’s diverse academic background includes a Master of Arts in Philosophy of Physics from Columbia University, a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. This foundation paved the way for his entrepreneurial success. Before joining Insight, Nikitas co-founded Citadon, a construction software company now part of McLaren Software. Under his leadership, Citadon's platform was deployed on over 1,200 projects, with a staggering construction value exceeding $110 billion. His early career began at McKinsey & Company, where he sharpened his expertise in strategy, M&A, and corporate finance. Nikitas has served on numerous boards, guiding investments and contributing to successful acquisitions.
