Miltos Kornaros is a Partner at SouthBridge Advisors and is a member of the Investment Committee of SouthBridge Europe Mezzanine, where he supports lower-mid market companies in Greece and the region. With 16 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, and financial and operational restructuring, Miltos specializes in helping companies with robust strategic plans achieve sustainable growth and long-term value, working closely with entrepreneurs.

Miltos earned his BSc in Business Administration from The American College of Greece and an MSc in International Business and Finance from the University of Reading, which laid the foundation for his extensive career in finance. Prior to joining SouthBridge, Miltos served as a Managing Partner at Value Capital, where he oversaw M&A advisory and operational restructuring mandates. He has also held leadership positions at EFG Telesis Finance, Investment Bank of Greece, and SingularLogic. Miltos’s experience extends to board-level leadership, having served on the boards of Skroutz S.A., Manifest S.A., and others.
