Lazarus Vekiarides is the Product Manager for TI Storage at Google, making valuable contributions to the tech world and building new cloud storage devices. Lazarus currently mentors numerous startups and entrepreneurs and is a Venture Partner at NextGen where he identifies product opportunities and entrepreneurs for investment. 

Previously, Lazarus was the Co-founder and CTO of ClearSky Data, where he orchestrated a $60 million funding round and steered the company to a successful acquisition by Amazon in 2019. Before this, Lazarus sharpened his skills as the Executive Director of Software Engineering at Dell where he led numerous storage innovations and established the EqualLogic product line as a SAN technology. He also worked as the Product Leader at Amazon Web Services where he helped launch the Amazon FSx File Gateway. In his earlier roles at 3COM and Banyan Systems, Lazarus helped scale and lead software teams. 

His educational background includes a BS in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University and an MS in Computer Science and Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
