Ioanna Christodoulopoulou is the Talent Director at TEMES S.A., an investor, developer, and operator of sustainable, high-end tourism and real estate destinations in Greece. She also serves as a member of the Boardroom, a club for women executives who aim to become board members, ultimately bridging gender gaps in boardrooms. 

Having earned her BA in History and International Affairs from The American College of Greece as well as her MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Human Resources Management at the University of New Haven, she is brings a wealth of knowledge into her roles. Ioanna previously served as Talent Director at Olympia Group, advising executives on hiring and talent management. She began her career as an HR Administrator at The Coca-Cola Company, then worked as a Recruitment Specialist at OTE Group. At Korn Ferry, she spent seven years helping global leaders foster collaborative workplaces. As Head of People Operations at Blueground, Ioanna supported its rapid growth from 10 to over 500 employees across six countries. At Sunlight, an Olympia Group company, she led organizational development and talent programs to strengthen its position as a global energy storage leader.
