Yiannis Giokas is the Co-founder and CEO of Finclude, a company democratizing credit scoring for over 200 million people in Europe who are currently underserved by conventional credit systems. Giannis has over 20 years of experience in building products across diverse industries, including telecoms, cybersecurity, fintech, AI, and blockchain.

Prior to his roles, Yiannis earned his BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Technological Educational Institute of Athens, MSc in Business Analytics from NYU Stern, and MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business, properly preparing him for the business world. 

Formerly, Yiannis was the Founder and CEO of Crypteia Networks, an AI-driven cybersecurity startup, which was successfully acquired by PCCW Global in 2014. At PCCW, he served as VP of Research and Development, where he led solutions in cybersecurity, IoT security, mobility analytics, and more. Giannis’s work has led to patents in cybersecurity, fintech, and blockchain. Additionally, he actively engages in pro bono work, promoting entrepreneurship and data-driven solutions for underprivileged communities through projects like Centaur Health, a nonprofit fintech addressing healthcare affordability.
