George Daskalakis is the founder and CEO of Kaizen Gaming, one of the fastest growing GameTech companies internationally. Under his leadership, Kaizen Gaming has grown, in the last decade, from a small group of 20 in Greece to a team of 1.300+ Kaizeners across the world.

Kaizen Gaming owns Betano, a leading online sports betting and gaming operator which is currently active in 9 markets in Europe and Latin America, while also expanding in North America and Africa. It is also responsible for the operation of Stoiximan in Greece and Cyprus. In addition to his current role as Kaizen Gaming’s CEO, George is an investor in tech start-ups as well as in technology-focused funds, including Marathon Venture and Velocity Partners in Greece.

George holds an MSc in Finance and Banking from the University of Southampton and an MSc in Decision Sciences (E-Commerce) from the Athens University of Economics and Business. He has also completed Harvard Business School’s Executive Leadership Program.
