George Daskalakis is the Founder and CEO of Kaizen Gaming, one of the rapidly expanding GameTech companies worldwide. Since its beginnings as a small team of 20 in Greece, Kaizen has grown, under George’s guidance, to include over 2,500 professionals—known as Kaizeners—across 17 markets. They also have plans to be active in 26 markets by 2026, including new ventures into Africa and North America.

His entrepreneurial journey started by co-founding 24MEDIA, a publishing group producing and distributing high-value journalism. He also founded Poker.gr, a website for Greek players to learn about poker, improve their skills, and connect with other players. 

George also oversees Stoiximan, a top online gaming platform in Greece and Cyprus, focused on delivering a high-quality user experience backed by in-house technology. Outside of Kaizen, George actively invests in technology startups and venture capital funds, such as Marathon Venture and Velocity Partners, supporting the growth of the tech sector in Greece. 

George holds an MSc in Finance and Banking from the University of Southampton, an MSc in Decision Sciences from the Athens University of Economics and Business, and completed Harvard Business School’s Executive Leadership Program.
