Dimitris Raptis is a seasoned business leader with more than 27 years’ experience in the financial services and real estate industries. He co-founded Globalworth Real Estate Investments Ltd (Globalworth), CEE’s largest office investor and landlord, in November 2012 as Deputy CEO and CIO. Following a very successful exit event in 2020 he became Group CEO until his departure from the company in December 2022. During his tenure at Globalworth the company grew from a €53M Bucharest-focused real-estate office developer to a €3 billion LSE-listed real estate corporation with more than 240 staff in Romania, Poland and Cyprus.

Prior to Globalworth, Dimitris had a 16-year experience in the financial services sector, most of it with Deutsche Bank. During his tenure at Deutsche Bank he rose to the position of Managing Director heading the bank's European real estate private equity team (known at the time as RREEF Real Estate Opportunistic Investments, "ROI"). In this role he was responsible for managing a portfolio of 40 investments with a €6bn+ gross asset value in all major asset classes across Europe, He coordinated a team of 30+ people across 6 offices, was a voting member of ROI's Investment Committee, a "Key Man" in ROI funds, the key investor liaison for the European investment portfolio and a director on more than 20 investee boards. During his tenure with Deutsche Bank he executed real estate private equity transaction worth over €5.5bn.
