Dimitris Ramfos is the General Manager of Stoa Agora at Legendary Good, a deli store concept dedicated to promoting authentic Greek gastronomy and culture. He brings three decades of experience to the food sector, specializing in supplier and product sourcing, exports, and sales management. 

Previously, Dimitris was the Deputy Commercial General Manager at ΣΚΛΑΒΕΝΙΤΗΣ, one of Greece's leading supermarket chains, where he was a key figure in the purchasing sector, effectively managing a remarkable turnover of €1.1 billion. He excelled at investigating new market trends and maintaining close relationships with suppliers, ensuring the company stayed ahead of industry developments. Before his impactful role at ΣΚΛΑΒΕΝΙΤΗΣ, he was the Export Manager at Olympia Xenia A.S.A., a respected producer of olive oil and olives with a strong presence both in Greece and internationally. In this role, he initiated exports to 14 countries and led the Private Label Business in Greece and abroad, achieving consistent sales growth of over 300% annually.
