Damianos Charalampidis is a Strategy Advisor for Fund4All, a financial services company creating technology for fintech firms, banks, and non-financial institutions. Damianos has over 20 years of experience in business management and operations, including a decade in C-level roles in the telecom industry.

Damianos is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET). He earned his BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from John Moores University in Liverpool and an MSc in Digital Electronics from the University of Manchester’s Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST). Building on a this, Damianos has held significant leadership roles across multiple industries. 

Damianos serves on the Board of Directors for various companies including Aegean Baltic Bank S.A.,  Apifon, and Pankreta Bank. He is also a Chairman of the Board at Grapevine Digital SA. His career includes senior leadership roles at prominent Greek telecom operators. He was the General Director of Product Services and Marketing at COSMOTE where he had full P&L responsibility for € 1.2 billion of revenues. He was also the COO of WIND Hellas and was responsible for overseeing all commercial and technical operations of a large company, leading a successful turnaround that significantly improved key business metrics and resulted in a profitable sale to Weather-Orascom Group. On top of this, he held executive positions in the banking sector, serving as Executive General Manager at Alpha Bank, COO at the National Bank of Greece, and COO at Vodafone.
