Antonis Avgeropoulos is the CEO of Nespresso Hellas in Greece where, over 17 years, he has implemented new services and coffee launches that lead to a double-digit sales growth rate for Nespresso. He is also the Vice President of the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service where he sits as a Board of Directors. Beyond this, Antonis is a member of CEO Clubs Greece, a non-profit organization that has made a significant impact in the local market. 

Antonis holds an MA in Applied Economics from the University of Michigan and a BSc in Economics from University College London, which laid the foundation for his successful career in the consumer goods sector. Before joining Nespresso, he managed Nestlé's portfolio in Cyprus and Albania, further honing his expertise. He also held senior roles at Nestlé Water Direct, including General Manager and CFO, where he led key financial and operational initiatives that contributed to the company’s growth. He also began his career as a Retail Banking Trainiee at Piraeus Bank and later transitioned into an auditor role at KPMG.
