Annita Theodorakopoulou is a seasoned financial industry professional with nearly 20 years of experience in investment banking (M&A), shipping finance, and investment management. She currently serves as Investment Director at the Latsco Family Office, overseeing the private investments portfolio since its inception. In this role, she has assessed and invested across various sectors and company stages - from early to growth and mature companies - spanning industries such as technology, fintech, infrastructure, real estate, F&B, e-commerce and services.

Previously, Annita held roles in Finance & Project Management at Latsco Shipping Ltd. and worked in Investment Banking (M&A) at Lazard & Co. and Morgan Stanley in London, as well as Axia Ventures Group in Athens. Over her career, she has successfully executed transactions exceeding $1 billion in total value.

She holds a BA in Law & Business Studies from Warwick Business School and an MBA (with a Finance focus), also from Warwick Business School.
