Panos has been building software from the age of 14 and for the past 15 years he has led fast paced engineering teams in FinTech, MarTech, and Climate Tech. He is passionate about building ML products, growing brilliant teams and finding Product Market Fit. Before starting Elyos Energy with Pip and Adrian, he was VP Engineering at Bulb overseeing a 100+ engineering team delivering the first Smart Energy products in the UK. In summer 2023, Elyos Energy was accepted in the summer cohort of YCombinator.
