Shaping Luxury in the Heart of Greece
Panos Paleologos, a dynamic force in the hospitality industry, was born in 1972 in Greece and has dedicated over 25 years to transforming the landscape of luxury accommodations. After graduating from the prestigious International Hotel & Tourism Institute in Switzerland, he honed his skills in five-star hotels across Greece and the UK. In 2000, Panos took a bold step by founding HotelBrain, which has since emerged as Greece's largest hotel group, managing 90 privately owned properties and providing exceptional management services to an additional 85 third-party hotels.
As a visionary leader, Panos has served on the Board of Directors for Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) since 2012 and became Vice Chairman in 2014. His entrepreneurial spirit earned him recognition from Endeavor Global, celebrating him as an innovative leader.
Throughout economic challenges, Panos has been a passionate advocate for Greek tourism, skillfully promoting the country’s hotels in major media outlets like CNN and Bloomberg. Under his leadership, HotelBrain has garnered prestigious accolades, including the World Travel Award for “Greece’s Leading Hotel Management Company” and “Europe’s Leading Hotel Management Company.” With a recent partnership with the SouthBridge Europe fund, Panos continues to shape the future of Mediterranean hospitality.
