Nicholas Christodoulou is the CEO of CHB Group, one of the biggest fruit processing and canning groups in Greece with global orientation, also known for its successful brand name of Juices “Chris Family”. Mr. Christodoulou sets the strategic direction of the organization and ensures it is aligned with all the operational units. He is an experienced senior business executive, with proven track record in dealing effectively with challenges both in periods of growth and recession. He pays special attention to his investment program with the objection to add value to the firm infrastructure and products offered. As a recent Harvard-trained leader, Mr. Christodoulou visualized the case study of a new production unit and went into implementation from scratch in only a few months. Prior to becoming CEO, he had served as Technical Manager and Field Engineer at Christodoulou Bros S.A. 

Mr. Christodoulou is a member of Endeavor, a global Non-Profit Organization and he supports high-impact entrepreneurs through strategic guidance as their assigned mentor. He participated as a keynote speaker in several conferences and economic fora. He is also a member of the Harvard Alumni Association, CEO Clubs Greece and SEVE, the Greek Canners Association.

He holds a BSc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering by UMIST (The University of Manchester) & The Open University (UK) and Diploma in Innovation Design Environment and Strategy (IDEAS) from The Open University. He successfully completed the General Management Program at the Harvard Business School, while recently he attended the Executive Program in “Blockchain Technologies: Business Innovation and Application” by MIT Sloan School of Management.
