Shaping Future Leaders 

Michalis’s career spans a remarkable range of industries, from enhancing healthcare to shaping the future of education.He is the co-founder and CEO of NXTLVL where he is building an AI-powered learning platform for seven to eleven year aimed at cultivating critical thinking skills. This mission to grow kids into confident leaders is influenced by his passion to build something impactful for younger generations, including for his very own children. 

Before co-founding NXTLVL, Michalis made previous achievements as an entrepreneur. His first major success started with Cookisto, a peer-to-peer community marketplace for homemade meals, which then pivoted to Forky. Forky saw a successful exit to Vivartia, the biggest food group in South-Eastern Europe. On top of this, Michalis founded Manual, the destination platform of men’s healthcare in the UK and Brazil, and Lateralus Ventures, a  boutique venture studio helping launch and scale tech businesses 

Beyond his business accomplishments, Michalis is a believer in resilience, advicing aspiring entrepreneurs to “expect problems and eat them for breakfast.” He credits his inspiration to fellow Endeavor Entreprenerus, including Alexis Pantazis and Nikos Moraitakis, whos simple conversations have greatly influenced him. He earned a Bachelor’s degree from the Athens University of Economics and Business and a Master of Science in Management, specializing in Global Entrepreneurship, from Zhejiang University, Emlyon Business School, and Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
