As the Co-founder and COO of MovingDoors, a Scale Up Cohort 7 company, Kyrillos Sehata is at the forefront of reshaping modern living. MovingDoors caters to professionals, digital nomads, and families, providing modern, fully furnished living spaces that embody comfort and adaptability. In his role, Kyrillos oversees daily operations, enhances processes, implements strategies to achieve goals, monitors performance, and builds strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Kyrillos’s strong academic background has been important in shaping his approach to business. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from both Cyprus University of Technology and Frederick University, which laid the groundwork for his technical skill. He further expanded his knowledge with a Master’s in Analysis and Sustainable Energy Systems from Frederick University, equipping him with critical analytical skills that have guided his entrepreneurial journey. To complement his technical foundation, Kyrillos also earned an MBA from the Cyprus International Institute of Management, arming him with business development insights that he applies to his leadership role at MovingDoors.

Prior to MovingDoors, he was the Area Manager at Remedica Ltd, where he managed all aspects of sales and market operations, including client relations, market expansion, performance tracking, and strategic planning. His entrepreneurial journey began with co-founding Magic Dream Plans Travel and Tours, a travel arrangements company. In addition to these roles, he was a Business Analyst at Europcar Cyprus, managing business operations, including data analysis, performance monitoring, process optimization, and business development. Kyrillos also has over four years of experience in aviation revenue management, where he specialized in optimizing revenue through data analysis and market forecasting.
