Bold Ideas and Global Impact
John Tsioris is a Greek entrepreneur who refuses to be boxed in by convention. Embracing his creativity and vision for more, he founded multiple companies, each with their own unique vision. After studying Production Engineering at the Technical University of Crete and pursuing General Management at Rotterdam School of Management, John began his career by shaping PHILIPS's Marketing Intelligence Department for the Middle East & Turkey. This role honed his skills in technology and marketing, setting the stage for his entrepreneurial path.
John’s first major venture, Vound, was a pioneering voice-based social network that highlighted his knack for spotting emerging trends. However, it was his next project, Instashop, that truly marked his impact. Co-founded with Ioanna Angelidaki, Instashop redefined grocery shopping in the MENA region with its on-demand marketplace. The platform's rapid success culminated in a $360 million acquisition by DeliveryHero, one of the largest exits in Greek startup history.
Honored as an Endeavor Outlier in 2023 for his achievements and mentorship, John’s influence continues to expand. As CEO of Revotech, he is now steering the company toward advancements in healthcare, AI, robotics, and digital marketplaces. Focused on using technology to tackle global challenges, John continues to exemplify entrepreneurial prowess by turning bold ideas into reality.
