Georgios Kontogiannis is the Co-Founder and Lead Software Engineer at Delian Alliance Industries, a Scale Up Cohort 7 member focused on developing AI-driven autonomous systems to counter physical threats at machine speeds. The company’s mission is to enhance security for European democracies and their allies by delivering critical real-time insights about the physical world.

Georgios holds a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance from the University of Essex and dual Master of Science degrees in Finance and Computer Science from Imperial College London, combining technical and analytical expertise to drive innovation.

Before founding Delian, Georgios served as an Echo at Palantir Technologies, where he developed and deployed large-scale digital twins for government and corporate clients, optimizing operations through advanced data modeling. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Software Engineer at Bloomberg LP, contributing to the Bloomberg Professional mobile application to improve its functionality and user experience.
