Transforming Footwear with every Scan
Angelos Stavrakis is the Founder and CEO of SafeSize, a Scale Up Cohort 2, footwear technology company that uses 3D foot scanning and AI to offer tailored shoe recommendations.
Angelos’s approach challenges the one-size-fits-all model, providing a personalized fit that reduces returns and waste. Under his leadership, SafeSize has entered markets worldwide, including Greece, the Netherlands, China, and Australia, and has partnered with top brands like Adidas, Puma, and Nike. Before SafeSize, Angelos founded Trophea, a premium food company that promoted Greek products globally.
Recognized as “Entrepreneur of the Year” by the Athens Chamber of Commerce in 2023, Angelos holds advanced degrees in Marketing from SDA Bocconi and Northwestern's Kellogg School and a background in Operations Research and Marketing from Athens University of Economics and Business. His focus remains on expanding SafeSize to make footwear more personalized and accessible worldwide.
