Andreas Grammatis is the Founder and CEO of YourHero (Douleutaras/YourPro), a Scale Up Cohort 8 company simplifying the search for reliable, vetted home service professionals. Through YourHero, customers describe their project needs and within ten minutes are connected with top experts ready to take on the job.

Andreas holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Imperial College London, an MSc in Management from Cass Business School, and a BSc in Economics from Panteion University, which provided him with a strong academic foundation to support his entrepreneurial ventures. His career began at Tesco, where he worked as a buyer and category manager, negotiating multi-million dollar deals with global companies such as Nestlé and Unilever. He later shifted to digital marketing consulting at PHC Franchised Restaurants Public Ltd, where he developed a digital media strategy for Cyprus’s largest restaurant group. Andreas has also co-founded and led several companies, including Tymepass and Gusto Interactive, and served as an advisor at Bartons Global Holdings.
