Blueground is a real estate tech company that wants to make people feel at home wherever they choose to live. The company offers beautifully furnished and thoughtfully equipped apartments for a month, a year, or even longer that are designed to help people simply show up and start living. Motivated by its mission to create a tech powered living experience that guests love, homed in an organization where great people are proud to work, Blueground has grown quickly, surpassing 3,000 apartments and 450 team members in twelve cities; New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Boston, Chicago, Washington D.C., Seattle, London, Paris, Dubai, Istanbul and Athens. Blueground plans to have a presence in 50 cities around the world and a portfolio of more than 50,000 apartments by 2023.

BIO

Alexandros is the CEO and co-founder of blueground. Blueground seeks to solve a lot of the hassles Alex experienced first-hand, as both a frequent business traveler and expat. Chief among them: how we can give people a place that feels like home and help them start living from day one. Prior to Blueground, Alex worked as a strategy consultant for McKinsey & Company for six years as well as on the strategy team of Samsung Electronics as an Associate Principal. In total, Alex has lived and worked in more than 15 cities around the globe. In 2009, Alex was sponsored by McKinsey to attend the full-time MBA program at INSEAD.
