Before launching Workable, Nikos worked in IT consulting at Ernst & Young and later as VP of Business Development at Upstream, a mobile marketing startup. His work at Upstream was instrumental in scaling the company globally, reaching over 1.2 billion consumers and partnering with top names in telecom, insurance, education, FMCGs, and retail across 45 countries.
