Endeavor at Delphi Economic Forum X: At the Intersection of Innovation & Community
By Endeavor Greece Apr 14, 2025
Every year, the Delphi Economic Forum becomes a meeting point for the people and ideas shaping Greece’s future. At its 10th edition, Endeavor Greece’s presence focused on creating space for meaningful conversations — connecting leaders from across entrepreneurship, innovation, education, and policy. Through panel discussions, curated gatherings, and new connections, we aimed to bring different parts of the ecosystem closer together. Here’s how that came to life at Delphi Economic Forum X.
A Breakfast on Education, Research & Innovation
One of the highlights of our Delphi presence this year was the exclusive breakfast we co-organized with Unifund, focused on a subject that sits at the heart of Greece’s future: how to better connect our world-class research and education system with the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
What made this gathering unique wasn’t just the caliber of attendees — which included representatives from every level of the Greek education system, deans, researchers, and leaders from top institutions like NCSR Demokritos and the Institute for Educational Policy — but the clarity of purpose.
The goal: to find what drives collaboration between universities, research centers, and the business community — helping turn the incredible innovation that already exists in Greece into successful, scalable ventures.
It’s a question we return to often: how do we unlock more value from what’s already here?

From the Stage: Panel Highlights
Throughout the Forum, we also brought two key conversations to the stage — ones that reflect both the challenges and the opportunities ahead.
The AI Race & the Future of Innovation
Moderated by Angeliki Pittarokoili, Marketing & Communications Director at Endeavor Greece, this panel brought together a diverse group of global experts to explore how AI is reshaping industries, education, and the way we work.
On stage were: Charlotte Foucteau, CEO, Teleperformance Greece, Alvin Graylin, Global VP, HTC | Chairman, Virtual World Society, and C. L. Max Nikias, President Emeritus & Professor, University of Southern California.
From the future of customer experience and upskilling in the workplace, to the role of universities in AI research and the need for stronger collaboration between academia, business, and government — the conversation reflected both the challenges and opportunities ahead. For Europe, and Greece, the key question is not just how to adopt AI technologies, but how to build the right skills, partnerships, and ethical frameworks to ensure AI serves people, not the other way around.

Greek Innovation Looking Ahead
Moderated by Panagiotis Karampinis, Managing Director of Endeavor Greece, this discussion was a reflection on Greece’s growing role in the regional and global innovation landscape — and what’s needed to keep that momentum going.
On stage were: Maira Myrogianni, Secretary General for Greeks Abroad & Public Diplomacy, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Stefanos Gandolfo, Director, Columbia Global Center, Athens, Michael G. Jacobides, Professor of Entrepreneurship & Innovation, London Business School, and Petros Koumoutsakos, Professor of Computing in Science & Engineering, Harvard University.
The conversation centered around one of Greece’s greatest untapped strengths: its diaspora. The expertise, networks, and resources of Greeks around the world could play a transformational role in accelerating the country’s innovation journey — if mobilized effectively. Because as the panelists agreed, Greece’s next chapter of growth won’t happen in isolation. It will happen through connection — global, local, and everywhere in between.

A Party That’s Becoming Tradition
Of course, not everything happens on stage. In partnership with EY Greece, we once again co-hosted one of the most talked-about evenings of the Forum — a night of live music, dancing, and spontaneous conversations that reminded us what makes this community special.
Over 400 people joined us — founders, investors, board members, partners, and supporters. For a few hours, Delphi’s agenda paused. It may look like just a party, but for us, it’s something deeper: a space where relationships begin, ideas surface, and walls come down. And year after year, it becomes clearer — this ecosystem is growing not only in scale, but in trust.

What We’re Left With
Looking back at our time at Delphi Economic Forum X, a few things are clear: the conversations around Greece’s future — in AI, education, entrepreneurship, and beyond — are becoming broader, deeper, and more collaborative. There’s still plenty of work ahead, but there’s also clear momentum. The ecosystem is growing, connections are strengthening, and new ideas are finding their place.
That’s where Endeavor aims to contribute — by building the connections and conditions that help high-impact entrepreneurship grow. Not just through capital or strategy, but through collaboration, shared ideas, and an active, engaged community.
