Sofia brings a wealth of experience in scaling companies focusing on the tech sector. Over the past two years, she is working as the Chief People Officer at Vestiaire Collective (an online C2C market place). Prior to this she was the EMEA HR Director for Meta (Facebook) for 8 years. During her time there, she worked as part of the regional leadership team in scaling the region from 800 people to 10.000 and led a number of projects for Meta globally. Earlier in her career, Sofia spent approx. 10 years as a management consultant. Sofia lives in London with her family; and outside of work she is passionate about women empowerment and contributing to the tech ecosystem.
