Bill Theofillou is a seasoned CEO, successful entrepreneur, and experienced corporate executive.  He has worked extensively in Health & Life Sciences leading biotech, pharma, and health systems around the world.  Bill serves as Chairman of Akumin, a Stonepeak Capital company and the United State’s second largest radiology services firm.  Chairman of twoday, a CVC Capital company and leading European digital transformation, data & AI, IT Consulting firm.  On the Board of Directors of Blackstone’s Precision Medicine Group, a leader in high science clinical trials and commercialization.  And a member of the Board of Directors of Dyania Health, a healthcare AI company accelerating patient matching with clinically interpretable NLP.

Over 15 years (2000-2015) Bill was founder and CEO of Axia Limited, a leading global strategy consulting firm with deep experience in Life Sciences, Health, and Consumer Goods. Clients included both global multinational companies and mid-market/PE portfolio companies. The firm grew rapidly and was sold to Accenture in 2015, serving as the platform for building Accenture Strategy.

Bill was an executive and Senior Managing Director at Accenture. In addition to various global leadership roles with Accenture Strategy (2015-2020) where he sponsored several acquisitions, he most recently built and led Accenture’s CEO Advisory practice with $6.3B in revenue, overseeing a global team of 16,000 colleagues (2020-2023). Bill continues to collaborate with Accenture as a thought leader and author.
