Well-rounded Strategy, Transformation & Analytics professional with 12+ years international diverse experience, managing in parallel c-level relationships in highly sensitive environments and leading teams of consultants. Held international roles across consulting, banking and tech driving complex, multi-region initiatives through acquisitions & re-structures.

Mission

Passionate about disruptive digital technologies and their potential to transform operating models, customer experiences and the workforce; a passion rooted with an Executive MBA in parallel with an early career with EY before moving to internal Banking and Tech roles, in Santander, Google and Digital Minds. She also holds a BSc in Economics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and speaks fluently Greek, English, Italian and Russian.

Maria-Cristina joined Endeavor in 2018 and is responsible for the Search, Selection and Servicing of Endeavor candidates and Endeavor Entrepreneurs in Greece with focus in Retail, CPGs, F&B, Manufacturing, Fintech and Healthcare verticals. She is also the Servicing Ambassador for Endeavor Greece, being accountable for the overall Servicing function across all verticals.
