Sotiris Bantas, President & CEO holds a degree in electrical engineering and a Ph.D. in semiconductor by the National Technical University of Athens. After graduation, he founded a design automation software startup and managed multi-million-dollar accounts in Silicon Valley and Japan. In 2014, he joined forces with Vasilis Sotiroudas, an agronomist and food scientist and co-founded Centaur with the objective to tackle food security challenges in Greece and globally.
