With over 90 years of history, KONVA is currently one of the most modern and advanced seafood processing industries in Europe. The company has invested heavily in innovative infrastructure and technological equipment: the first robotized line for sardine production, the mechanized production line for tuna salad, squid and octopus with a multihead weigher, as well as the great flexibility in packing the end products. TRATA and FLOKOS products have been exported over decades to more than 20 countries, while partnerships have been established for the development of privately labeled products.
Growing up alongside KONVA as third generation of the family business, Gianna is today the CEO. She studied Marketing at the University of Sheffield in England before officially joining the KONVA team in 2003 and racking up 12 years of experience across every company department.
